Jack Holm's Obituary
Crystal Falls: Jack D. Holm age 74 of Laguna Niguel, California formerly of Amasa, Michigan died Friday March 21, 2003 at Kindred Hospital in Westminster, California.
A memorial service will be held in the spring in Amasa.
The family is being served by the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home of Crystal Falls.
