Helen Greenquist
FLORENCE, Wis. — Helen P. Greenquist, 81, a longtime resident of Commonwealth, Wis., entered into eternal rest on Friday, Aug. 9, 2002, in Pensacola, Fla.
She was born Feb. 19, 1921, in Goodman, Wis., daughter of the late Joseph and Angeline Zubriski.
Mrs. Greenquist was employed for many years by the Florence County School District as a special education teacher's aide. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Jack Greenquist.
She is survived by two brothers, John (Grace) Zubriski of Wofford Heights, Calif. and Joseph (Katherine) Zubriski of Fargo, N.D.; two sons, Guy Greenquist and Rob Greenquist, a daughter-in-law, Teresa and granddaughters, Angela and Savannah, all of Milton, Fla.
Visitation will be held Friday from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Jacobs-Lundholm Funeral Home of Florence, Wis. Prayers will be recited Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic church in Florence. A luncheon will immediately follow.
Graveside service and burial will take place at Glenwood Cemetery in Goodman following the luncheon. Fr. Michael Betley will officiate.
The family is being service by the Jacobs-Lundholm Funeral Home of Florence.
