Crystal Falls:
Helen Mae Foucault, age 76, of Crystal Falls, passed away Monday, January 3, 2005, at her home.
She was born August 1, 1928, the daughter of the late Gustave and Viola (Wilke) Casagranda. Helen was a well known caterer, cook and owned Helen's Restaurant from 1967-1972. She married Dante Lombardini and he preceded her in death. She later married Donald Foucault and they resided in Crystal Falls.
Survivors include her husband Donald, one son Duane (Jane) Lombardini of Iron River, three daughters Cheryl (Paul) Donati, Lynn (Buddy) Burke, and Lori (Steve) Dobson all of Iron River, three step-sons Paul (Carol) Foucault of Crystal Falls, John (Fiancée Elena) Foucault of Green Bay, Roy Foucault of Crystal Falls, one step-daughter Donna (Bob) Van Sickle, two brothers Joe Casagranda and Pete Casagranda, four sisters Rose Ferguson, Louise Smith, Ruth Pretto, and Chloe Peterson, eleven grand children, four step-grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and four step great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband Dante, she was preceded in death by three brothers Harold Reinke, Carl Casagranda and Daniel Casagranda.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 4, 2004, from 5 - 8p.m. at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home of Crystal Falls. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 5, 2005, at 11:00a.m, at the United Lutheran Church in Crystal Falls. Pastor Michael Laakko will be officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
