Gerald J. Lesandrini, 75, of Crystal Falls, passed away Monday, June 22, 2015, at Northstar Health Services, Iron River. He was born June 17, 1940, in Iron River, son of Joseph and Josephine (Pieragostini) Lesandrini. Gerald attended school in Kingsford and Crystal Falls. He enjoyed fishing and going to camp with his father and brothers. He was an ardent fan of Elvis Presley and has a large collection of movies, books, pictures, banners and many musical albums. Gerald enjoyed making crafts, working on puzzles, playing card games and has many painted framed pictures. He loved music, looked forward to family visits and his family summer picnics. Gerald loved the Lord and always had him in mind and in heart. He is survived by his mother, Josephine, Crystal Falls; two brothers, Tom (Lisa) Lesandrini, Crystal Falls and Todd (Kim) Lesandrini, Hugo, Minn.; one sister, Marcie (Richard) Niemi, Plymouth, Wis.; numerous nieces and nephews; many cousins, aunts, uncles and his many friends and loving caregivers. Private family visitation and services were held at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home, Crystal Falls. Rev. Fr. Ray Valerio officiated. Burial was held in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Crystal Falls.
