Georgia Guynn, 75, of Pembine, Wis., passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009, at Maryhill Manor, Niagara, Wis.
She was born April 12, 1934, in Indiana, daughter of the late Arlie and Gladys Guynn. Georgia grew up in Kingman, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, Indiana, where she received her teaching degree. After graduating from college, Georgia moved to Milwaukee, Wis. where she worked for a music publishing company and taught private music lessons.
Georgia moved to Pembine in 1969. She taught music at Pembine School for grades one through twelve for over 20 years. Georgia was a member of the Pink Squirrels, Pembine. She enjoyed ceramics, playing the piano, and spending time with her dogs.
She is survived by one son, Andrew Guynn, Los Angeles, Calif.; one brother, Joseph (Theresa) Guynn, Indiana; one sister, Eleanor McCann, Indiana; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
