Florence: Genevieve L. McCraw age 89, of Nashville, Tennessee formerly of Florence, Wisconsin died Thursday August 19, 2004 at Vanco Manor Nursing Center in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Genevieve was born on May 17, 1915 in Quincy, Michigan daughter of the late William and Rose (Martell) Bourdeau. Genevieve along with her husband Lawrence lived in Aurora, Wisconsin for many years before moving to Florence, Wisconsin. Lawrence preceded her in death in 1987. After Lawrence passed away Genevieve moved to Nashville to be close to her son William. While living in Florence she was an active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Genevieve enjoyed crocheting, knitting and especially spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by two sons, William of Tennessee and Lawrence (Sally) of Phoenix, Arizona. Four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and her husband Lawrence Genevieve is preceded by, two brothers Ronald and Howard Bourdeau. Two Sisters Alice VanPembrook, Viola Kovachich. Visitation will be Tuesday August 24, 2004 from 9-10:30a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Florence, Wisconsin. The Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday 10:30a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Florence. Fr. Michael Betley will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Commonwealth, Wisconsin.
