Gary Louis Bonetti, age 63, of Felch, Michigan died on Sunday, September 15, 2002 at Dickinson County Hospital in Iron Mountain. Gary was born March 21, 1939 in Loretto, Michigan son of the late Louis and Mildred (Branback) Bonetti. Gary moved to Felch when he was two years old. He graduated from Felch High School in 1957 and was a lifelong resident of Felch/Breen Township area. Gary married Sandra Cesario on February 26, 1966 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Together they enjoyed 36 years together. Gary owned and operated Bonetti's Bar for many years before retiring. He also enjoyed many hobbies which included fishing, tending his apple orchard and spending time with his grandchildren, but his true passion was his garden. You would always see Gary with his beloved sidekick/dog Molly. He also enjoyed taking home movies of his family, listening to Country Music and riding the bus to the casino - hoping to hit it big one day. He will be missed by all who knew him, especially his family and friends. Gary is survived by his wife of 36 years Sandra (Cesario) Bonetti, a son David (Jackie) Bonetti of Florence, WI . A daughter Christine Burke of Norway, MI. Seven grandchildren; Chad and Dallas Bonetti of Florence, WI, Monica and Brittany Johnson of Norway, MI. His special buddy/grandson Tylor Johnson of Norway, MI. A sister Shirley (Tom) De Ridder of Escanaba, MI. A sister-in-law Barbara (Jack) Raffin of Merriman, MI, a brother-in-law Don (Faye)Cesario of Green Bay, WI. Several nieces and nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins and finally, his beloved dog Molly. Gary was preceded in death by his father, Louis in 1970 and by his mother Mildred in 1989. Friends may call Wednesday, September 18, 2002 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home. Rev. David Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in the Felch Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Chad Bonetti, Tyler Johnson, Jack Raffin, Don Cesario, Mitch Miller, Tom DeRidder, Bob Seelund and Bill Davis. The Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron Mountain is serving the family.
