Florence-Gary C. Apolskis, age 77, of Florence, Wis., passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018, at Dickinson County Healthcare System, Iron Mountain, Mich.

He was born April 27, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois, son of the late Charles and Anne (Davis) Apolskis. Gary was a machinist in Indiana with his grandfather for many years, retiring from Bethlehem Steel in Indiana in 1999. On May 15, 2000, he was united in marriage to Norma Michaud in Iron Mountain, Mich.

Gary enjoyed fishing, pontoon boating and hunting.

He is survived by his wife, Norma; one daughter, Tracy (Greg Ford) Apolskis, Indiana; two sons, Mike Apolskis, Chicago, Ill., and Bryan Apolskis, South Indianapolis, Ind.; and by two step-sons, Bert (Martin Senn) Juneau, Iron Mountain, Mich. and Mike Juneau, Florence, Wis.

In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his siblings, Rich and April.
