Florence – Jim G. Hazelwood, 86, of Florence, Wisc., passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson, Iron Mountain, Mich.

Jim was born on September 15, 1937, in Dixon, Ill., to the late Edward and Lenore (Spade) Hazelwood.

He married Helen Kemp on September 29, 1956.

He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-seven years, Helen Hazelwood; daughter, Tamara (Bill) Zoeller; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Pat (Roddy) Lowry, and Josie Kemp; several nieces; and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Dani Hazelwood; and sister, Audrey Hazelwood.
