Obituary

Everett Danielson, 91, Crystal Falls, died Friday, March 28, 2008, at Iron County Medical Care Facility, Crystal Falls. He was born October 24, 1916, in Crystal Falls, son of the late Charles and Hannah (Jarf) Danielson. Everett graduated from Crystal Falls High School. In 1943, he entered the United States Army during WWII serving in the artillery. His tour included time in New Guinea and Australia before coming home. He was honorably discharged as a Tech Sergeant. He was employed with Tobin Mine, Ira Odgers Drilling, and Forest Park School Systems in maintenance and school bus driving. He retired in 1979 from Forest Park Schools. Everett leaves his best friend, Eleanor, his bride of 61 years, whom he married in 1946 at the Lutheran Church, Hibbing, Minn; he also leaves a daughter, Lois (Scott) Kline, Rush City, Minn.; a son, Jerry (Laureen) Danielson, Hibbing; grandsons, Robert Erickson, Tampa, Fla., William (Denise) Erickson, St. Paul, Minn., Christian (Gayle) Kline, Plainfield, Ind., Brian Danielson, Hibbing; granddaughter, Kari Middleton, Minneapolis, Minn.; great-grandchildren, Bobby Erickson, Orlando, Fla., Camryn, Audrey, and Braden Kline, Plainfield; many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. His earth angels that made life special and possible for so many years are Teri Helgren, Betty Mauer, and Maureen Mainville. Visitation will be Friday April 4, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Jacobs-Plowe Funeral, Crystal Falls. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Rev. Michael Laakko will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Crystal Falls. Pallbearers will be Brian Danielson, Christian Kline, Harold Hendrickson, Dennis Fabbri, Dick Forslund, Charles Danielson.
