Elsie R. Dale, 101, of Crystal Falls, died Monday, September 10, 2007, at the Iron County Community Hospital, Iron River. She was born June 24, 1906, in Aurora, Illinois, daughter of the late Robert E. and Frieda (Reick) Dunbar. She married Bernard Dale on November 7, 1938, in Aurora. Survivors include her husband, Bernard Dale, Crystal Falls; one son, James Dale, Seattle, Wash.; and one daughter, Jane (G. Ward) Sterns, Naperville, Ill. There will be no services. The Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home, Crystal Falls, is serving the family.
