Elizabeth J. Hill, 95, of Crystal Falls, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2009, at the Iron County Medical Care Facility, Crystal Falls. She was born January 11, 1914, in Stambaugh, Mich., daughter of the late Gust and Julia (Autio) Hill. Elizabeth was an inspector for Methode Electronics of Chicago and retired in 1978. Following her retirement, she returned to the Crystal Falls/Amasa area. Survivors include one sister, Eva Hill; and one brother, Matt Hill, both of Crystal Falls. She was preceded in death by one sister, Vienna Maki ; four brothers, John, Toivo, Nick, and William Hill.
