Eda Goulette IRON MOUNTAIN — Eda Lucia Goulette, 100, of 122 W. Stanton St., Iron Mountain, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2002, at ManorCare Health Services. Eda was born March 11, 1902, in Iron Mountain, daughter of Felix and Lucia (Tramontine) Valenti. She married Hector Goulette in June of 1921. He preceded her in death in 1973. Eda is survived by a daughter, Lorraine Cohodes of Boca Raton, Fla.; six grandchildren, Judy (Andy) Manderson, Jill Wagen, Daniel (Sandra) Goulette, Charlene Badsching, Dana (William) Eyers and Jaime (Jodi) Goulette. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Goulette; a daughter, Marjorie Badsching; a grandson, Jon Wayne Goulette; her parents; three brothers and two sisters. Eda was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, whose greatest joy was taking care of and cooking for her family. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron Mountain. Prayers will be recited at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Iron Mountain. Msgr. James Kaczmarek will officiate. Burial will be in Cemetery Park in Iron Mountain.
