Iron Mountain:
Earl D. Greenwood, age 77, of Dunbar, Wis. passed away Thursday, November 3, 2005, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Iron Mountain.
He was born April 9, 1928, in Two Rivers, Wis., the son of the late David and Marie (Cusiak) Greenwood. On February 14, 1953, he married Lou Ann Olson in Two Rivers, Wis. She survives.
Earl grew up in Two Rivers and attended school there. He enlisted in the United States Army on August 31, 1950, during the Korean Conflict. He and his wife Lou Ann lived in Two Rivers for 7-8 years then moved to Nevada. They lived in Nevada until moving to Dunbar in 1990. One of Earl's hobbies was fishing.
Survivors include his wife Lou Ann, a son Jerry Greenwood of Henderson, Nev., two daughters Lynne (Dan) Canseco of Henderson, Nev., and Pam Hoff of Henderson, Nev., one brother Rayphael (Peggy) Greenwood of Two Rivers, Wis., one sister Marion Birdsey of Las Vegas, Nev., a sister-in-law Anita Greenwood, Maribel, Wis., a brother-in-law Woody Guetschow of Two Rivers, Wis., four grandchildren Kelly, Karin, Amber & Jennifer, one great grandson, Aaron and one great granddaughter Destiny.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers Norbert Greenwood and Raymond Greenwood, and five sisters Virginia Guetschow, Beatrice Mott, Ione Timm, Betty Greenwood and Florian Schwerzler.
