Kingsford- Doug Lantagne, 77, of Kingsford, Mich., passed away Friday, June 19, 2020, at Dickinson County Healthcare System, Iron Mountain, Mich. He was born June 22, 1942, in Niagara, Wis., son of the late Mitchel and Clarice (Bourassa) Lantagne. Doug was a lifetime resident of Niagara and had worked at the Niagara Paper Mill until his retirement. He was united in marriage to Donna Schwei. Survivors include his wife, Donna Lantagne; one son, Steve Lantagne, Niagara, Wis.; two daughters, Shelly (Scott) Celello, Iron Mountain, Mich., and Angela Erickson, Kingsford, Mich.; two step-daughters, Christine (Dean) Hamacher, Kingsford, Mich., and Laura Lindlbauer, Green Bay, Wis.; one brothers, Gary (Margaret) Lantagne, Arizona; two sisters, Phyllis Ritarschick, Aurora, Wis. and Dolores (Ken) Story, Texas; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Doug was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald, Bill and Dan Lantagne; and one sister, Bonnie Peterson. Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 27, 2020, 10:00 a.m., at Niagara Cemetery, Niagara, Wis.
