Dorothie M. LaPalme, 88, of Iron Mountain, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2010, at ManorCare Health Services, Kingsford.
She was born December 15, 1921, in Federal Dam, Minn., daughter of the late Ernest and Myrtle (Carwin) Cramer. Dorothie married Clarence LaPalme on December 24, 1964. They lived in Iron Mountain for a short time before moving to Milwaukee, Wis. She returned to Iron Mountain in 1991, after Clarence passed away.
Dorothie enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Evonne (Bruce) Bianco, Kingsford; three sons, William (Stephanie) Londree, Calif., James Londree, Louis (Sharon) Londree, both of Iron Mountain; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth George, Corrine (Walter) Johnson, both of Iron Mountain; two brothers, Robert (Beverly) Cramer, Milwaukee, Max (Ethel) Cramer, Kingsford; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn, Irene; and one brother, Lawrence Cramer; two great-grandsons, Todd Bianco and Anthony Spigarelli.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 31, 2010, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain. The funeral service will be 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. Rev. James Danielson will officiate. Burial will be in Breitung Township Cemetery, Quinnesec, Mich.
