Dora Marie Bandaccari, 90, of the Tobin Location, Crystal Falls, died Sunday February 24, 2008, at Iron County Medical Care Facility, Crystal Falls, where she had been a resident since July 18, 2007. She was born November 11, 1917, in Greenland, Mich., daughter of the late Charles and Maria (Sundretto) Bandaccari. Dora moved to Crystal Falls as a child and lived here her entire life. She went to school in Crystal Falls through the 10th grade. Dora worked for the Herman Miller family for many years as their housekeeper and nanny. Survivors include, one sister-in-law, Aida Bandaccari; three nieces, Aida Seppala, Donna Lehto, Gail Schneider, and one nephew, Charles Bandaccari. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Tony and David Bandaccari, a nephew, David Bandaccari; and one sister-in-law, Esther Bandaccari. Private graveside services will be held in the spring at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Crystal Falls. Rev. Dino Silvestrini will officiate.
