Iron Mountain-Donna M. Gamboa, age 50, of Iron Mountain, Mich., passed away Friday, March 16, 2018, at her home.

She was born October 6, 1967, in Norway, Mich., daughter of Doreen (Shoquist) Process. Donna grew up locally and attended North Dickinson school.

She enjoyed fishing, camp fires, the outdoors, time on her computer and music. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends. Donna loved her cats and will be especially missed by Bella.

Survivors include her mother, Doreen "Toots" Process, Iron Mountain, Mich.; daughter, Carmelita Gamboa, Chicago, Ill.; her husband, Francisco Gamboa, Green Bay, Wis.; life-long special friend, Rhonda Gerstner, Niagara, Wis.; and by friends, Heather (Troy) West, Kingsford, Mich. and Rick Martin, Kingsford, Mich.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Mackenzie; grandparents, Marie and Al Alsteen, and by two uncles, Wayne and Larry Shoquist.

In accordance with Donna's wishes, a gathering of friends will be held at a later date at her home.
