Dominick Cianfarani, 56, Florence, Wis., passed away Thursday, December 31, 2009, at Dickinson County Hospital , Iron Mountain, Mich.
He was born June 14, 1953, in Lincoln Park, Mich., son of Virginia (Gerouz) and the late Rudolph Cianfarani.
Dominick was a boiler operator for Verso Paper mill in Quinnesec and resided in the area for 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a drummer with his band Filthy Dirt and the Flat Liner. Dominick was a huge Detroit Lions and Tigers fan and was a Harley Davidson rider participating in many area benefit rides.
Survivors include, his mother, Virginia Cianfarani, Lincoln Park; one son, Dominick M. (Molly) Cianfarani, Reedsville, Wis., one daughter, Alicia (Dan) Vincent, Houston, Tex.; four brothers, Raymond (Judy) Cianfarani, Romulus, Mich., Albert (Marisa) Cianfarani, Tennessee, Rudy Cianfarani, Detroit, Mich., Joe Cianfarani, California; three sisters, Esther (Mark) Millhorn, Angie (Ed) Zelenak, all of Lincoln Park, Linda (Ed) Sykes, White Lake, Mich.; other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home. The VFW Post No. 3674, Men's Auxiliary will conduct a memorial service 6:45 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Rev. Matt Settle will officiate.
