Iron Mountain–Diane M Corcoran, 90, of Iron Mountain, MI., passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at Marshfield Medical Center - Dickinson, Iron Mountain, MI.

She was born on July 17, 1932, in Grand Rapids, MI., to the late Alexander and Mae (Calhoun) Snoap. Diane grew up in Grand Rapids, MI., and was a graduate of Grandville High School. She resided in Hudsonville, MI., before moving to Iron Mountain in 2005. Diane was united in marriage on June 27, 1953, to William James Corcoran. He preceded her in death in 1998.

In addition to her parents, Diane was also preceded in death by two daughters, Kim Corcoran and Dawn Turk; three brothers, Leonard Snoap, Charles Snoap, and Elmer Snoap; and five sisters, Catherine Lamers, Betty Fumerola, Lorraine Ball, Bonnie Huzel, and Maxine Totoraitis.

Diane is survived by her daughter, Jill (Leon) Patterson; grandson, Keith (Patti) Patterson; granddaughter, Tracy (Gregg) Hecksel; seven great-grandchildren: Neisha (Gabe) Lane, Ionia, MI., Jacob (Taylor) Patterson, Grant, MI., Macinze Knuth, Nunica, MI., Mitchell (Chelsey) Patterson, Farmington Hills, MI., Saige Hecksel, Nunica, MI., Abigail Patterson, Cedar Springs, MI., Maverick Patterson, Cedar Springs, MI.; and by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Diane's life will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Pederson Funeral Home located 127 N Monroe St., Rockford, MI, 49341.
