Crystal Falls – Debbie Jean Zaupa, 65, of Crystal Falls, MI, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on January 18, 1961, in Crystal Falls, to the late Harold and Ellen (Lahti) Foucault, Sr.

She is survived by her husband, James “Jim” Zaupa; sons, Shaun Zaupa (Nicole), and Jesse Zaupa; grandchildren, Bree Zaupa, Ellie Zaupa, Joseph Zaupa, and Claire Zaupa; and brother, Harold Foucault (Carol); and her beloved dogs, Buddy, Hammy, Gizmo, and Minnie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Foucault.
