Iron Mountain - David R. Tucker, 61, of Iron Mountain, Mich., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 20, 2025.

He was born March 22, 1963, in Escanaba, Mich., son of the late Fred and Marilyn (Olsen) Tucker. David grew up in Escanaba and was a graduate of Escanaba High School, class of 1981. After graduating high school, he received his Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Mich., on August 20, 1993.

David worked as a Physician Assistant at Marshfield Medical Center, formerly Dickinson Hospital.

Survivors include his sons, Joshua and Jacob Tucker; sister, Jeanne Anderson; and the mother of his children, Elizabeth Tucker.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by one sister, Julie Stevenson.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain, Mich. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Brent Griffin will officiate. Burial will take place in Lakeview Cemetery, Escanaba, in the spring.
