Caspian- David A. Paxton, 57, of Caspian, Mich., passed away Friday, August 26, 2022.

He was born September 9, 1964, in Topeka, Kansas, son of Larry Paxton and Sharon Rake. David proudly served in the United States Navy. He loved working with computers and was an avid reader. He was a lover of music and playing the drums. Other hobbies include fishing, shooting guns, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Lynn Paxton; his four kids, Kurtis Hull, Kyleyann Hull, Kevin DeCorah (Jen), and Kalob DeCorah (Dominique); grandchildren Ava, Emmi, Aliya, Lilly, Willow, Jack, Allen, Michael, and Bella; father, Larry Paxton (Norma); mother, Sharon Long; brothers James Paxton & Chris (Renee) Paxton; sister Paula (David) Fischer; and nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents and his step-father, Richard Long.
