Charles "Chuck" M. Gustafson, age 67 of Cloquet, MN passed away Sunday December 18, 2016 at Golden Horizon Assisted Living in Aitkin. He was born July 2, 1949 in Amasa, MI to Charles and Gladys (West) Gustafson. He attended high school in Amasa, MI until the school closed and was transferred to Forest Park School in Crystal Falls, MI. Chuck worked as a sawyer for the Potlatch Corporation in Cloquet. He was member of the Potlatch Quarter Century Club, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping as hobbies. He is survived by his wife, Rita; daughters, Christina (Chad) Duncan and Karissa Gustafson; one brother, Jeffrey Gustafson; and one grandson, Maddex. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; and an infant daughter Sally. A graveside service will take place in Hematite Township Cemetery, Amasa, in the spring.
