He was an amazing and happy little boy, always dancing and smiling. Chance loved music and being sung to. He always seemed to be able to bring a smile to anyone's face with his contagious laugh and charming smile.
Chance is survived by his mother Rachel Rodriguez and father John Stephen Forshey, Crystal Falls; sister Taylor Hawks; maternal grandparents, Patti Flynn, Crystal Falls; Ted Rodriguez, Ind.; paternal grandparents, Anita and Tom Phillips, Crystal Falls; two aunts, Rebecca Rodriguez and Renee Flynn, both of Crystal Falls.
