Iron Mountain: Cecelia T. Pataconi, age 93, formerly of Iron Mountain, died Sunday, September 28, 2003, at Harbor House in DePere, Wisconsin. Cecelia was born in Butte, Montana, on July 20, 1910, the daughter of the late Anton and Josephine (Tamborini) Fuse. Cecelia moved to Iron Mountain at the age of one. She worked for A. Sachim Company in Iron Mountain for three years. She married Rudolph Pataconi on December 28, 1931, in Iron Mountain. He preceded her in death in 1976. After being married, they resided in Gaastra, Michigan for most all of their lives. She was a former member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Cecelia is survived by two sons Ronald (Shirley) of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and Ray (Roberta) of Green Bay, Wisconsin, one brother Alfonse (Marcene) Fuse of Iron Mountain, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 1, 2003, from 12-1 P.M. at the Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. Prayers will be recited Wednesday, 1P.M. at the Jacobs Funeral Home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, 1:30P.M. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Iron Mountain. Msgr. James Kaczmarek will officiate. Burial will be in Cemetery Park in Iron Mountain. The family is especially grateful to Sheila and her staff at Harbor House of De Pere, Wisconsin.
