Iron Mountain- Betty A. Stebbins, 81, of Kingsford, Mich., passed away Saturday, March 7, 2020, at ManorCare Nursing & Rehab., Kingsford, Mich. She was born May 28, 1938, in Kingsford, Mich., daughter of the late Bert and Violet Johnson. Betty is a lifelong resident of Kingsford. On September 17, 1955 she was united in marriage to Richard Stebbins. They have spent a wonderful 64 years together. Betty worked at Kmart for over 20 years and that at St. Vincent De Paul for 6 years. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church. Betty enjoyed flowers, gardening, pottery, knitting and crocheting. She especially enjoyed being a grandma and spending time with her family. Survivors include her loving husband of 64 years, Richard Stebbins, Kingsford, Mich.; three sons, David (Diane) Stebbins, Aurora, Wis., Dale "Skeeter" Stebbins, Denver, Colo., and Bobby Stebbins, Salt Lake City, Utah; two daughters, Cathy (Dan) Guidry, Kingsford, Mich., and Tammy (Jerry) Collins, Iron Mountain, Mich.; one sister, Verna Chapman, Niagara, Wis.; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
