Crystal Falls-Betty A. Johnson, 83, of Crystal Falls, Mich., passed away Monday, January 1, 2018, at her home.

She was born March 7, 1934, in Sagola, Mich., daughter of the late Alfred and Beatrice (Matchett) Johnson. Betty was united in marriage to Calvin Johnson in 1955. She enjoyed bingo and Smear.

Survivors include two sons, Jason (Deena) Johnson, Caspian, Mich. and Marlin Johnson, Iron River, Mich.; two brothers, Loren (Peggy) Johnson, Kingsford, Mich. and Bob (Margaret) Johnson, Sagola, Mich.; 11 grandchildren, Jeremy, Daniel, Jesse and Angel Hamilton, Marla, Malissa, Micky, Maia, Kody, Kristiana and Brandon Johnson; and by 18 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by one son, Carlin Johnson; one daughter, Cindy Hamilton; five brothers, one sister and one grandson, Jamie.

In accordance with Betty's wishes, private family services were held.
