Niagara – Bernadine V. Bohlman, 88, of Niagara, Wis., passed away Monday, April 26, 2021, at Maryhill Manor, Niagara.
She was born November 23, 1932, in Pulaski, Wis., to Pauline (Krysiak) and Andrew Humecki. Bernadine grew up in Pulaski and graduated from Pulaski High School in 1950. She married Terry Bohlman, May 17, 1951, in Pulaski. He preceded her in death in 2001.
After her children were grown, she started working at Maryhill Manor and worked there for 24 years in housekeeping.
Bernadine enjoyed going out to lunch, reading, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and antiquing with her daughters. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Niagara, Wis.
She is survived by six children, Ruth (Steve) Gussert, Pat (Dwane) Retleck, Peggy (Rick) Powell, David (Teresa) Bohlman, Ann Rose (Gordon Behnke), and Connie Rugg (Steve Winch, Jr.); thirteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters Pat Wielgus, Pulaski, Wis., and Joan Both Neshkoro; two brothers Carl (Shirley) Humecki, Arizona, and John (Glady's) Humecki, Green Bay, Wis.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, one granddaughter, three brothers, one sister, two brothers-in-law, and two sisters-in-law.
Graveside services will be announced in the future; burial will be in Niagara Cemetery.
