Beatrice B. Ruth, 87, of Alpha, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012, at home. She was born September 23, 1925, in Langlade County, Wisconsin, daughter of the late William and Josephine (Ramey) Swim. She married T.L. Ruth, Jr. and he preceded her in death in 1997. Bea was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, word search and board games, reading and crocheting. Survivors include three daughters, Linda Ruth, Sturgeon Bay, Wis., Roseann (Wes) Dubrock, Alpha, Beth Susan (Scott) Ruth, Sturgeon Bay; two sons, Lowell (JoMae) Ruth, Alpha, Theodore William (Lisa) Ruth, Mosinee, Wis.; 26 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Born one of 13 children Beatrice is also survived by six siblings, Myrt Rich, Faye Richter, Millie Hall, Barbara Baines and Bud Swim. Private memorial services will be held with burial in the Eagle River Cemetery, Eagle River, Wisconsin.
