Barbara J. Schneider, 64, of Niagara, passed away, Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at Bellin Memorial Hospital, Green Bay, Wis. She was born February 6, 1950, in Stambaugh, Mich., daughter of the late Andrew and Louise (Abrahamson) Puckett-Aho. Barb grew up in Iron River, Mich. and graduated from Stambaugh High School, Class of 1968. She married Richard Schneider on April 19, 1986, in Iron Mountain, Mich.; he preceded her in death on July 4, 2012. Barb worked as a CNA at Manorcare in Kingsford, Mich. She enjoyed crocheting, karaoke, spending free time at the casino, collecting Betty Boop collectables, playing board games and cheating at Scrabble. Barb especially enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter, Mackenzie. Barb is survived by two sons, Jon and Jeff LaBombarb, De Pere, Wis.; one daughter, Aimee Schneider, Niagara; three sisters, Annette (James) Puckett, Iron River, Mich., Shelley (Steve) Baumann, Appleton, Wis. and Candy Robinson, Kaukauna, Wis.; two sisters-in-law, Debbie and Gail Puckett; one granddaughter, Mackenzie Schneider and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Richard, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Eino Aho; one son, Jason LaBombarb; two daughters, Jodi LaBombarb and Jaimee Schneider; two brothers, Larry and Lowell Puckett; one brother-in-law, Bruce Robinson; one sister-in-law, Renee Zepnick; mother and father-in-law, Nettie and James Schneider and one grandson Ethan Schneider. Visitation will be Saturday, January 10, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain. A Celebration of Life Service will be held, 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
