Iron Mountain-Anne M. Johnson, 59, of Iron Mountain, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 at her home. She was born October 24, 1956 in Iron Mountain to the late Leonard and Eva (Nelson) Eslinger. Anne grew up and attended school in Iron Mountain. She went on to attend Michigan Tech University where she studied Chemical Engineering and was entered into the Michigan Tech University Basketball Hall of Fame. Anne also received her MBA from the University of Massachusetts. Her hobbies included tennis and gardening. Anne is survived by her five children; Hilary (Jason) Aaron, Kyle Johnson, Hannah Johnson, Heidi Johnson and Kirk Johnson; one granddaughter, Malin Aaron and by one brother, Mark Eslinger. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Covenant Church in Iron Mountain. Pastor Peter Erickson will officiate.
