Kingsford-Anne C. Dallapiazza, age 61, of Kingsford, Mich., passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at Dickinson County Healthcare System, Iron Mountain, Mich., surrounded by her loved ones. She was born March 23, 1958, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Raymond F. and Ruth E. (Miller) Somerville. Anne grew up and attended school in Ohio. She was united in marriage to Richard Dallapiazza on August 29, 1989. Anne was a resident of the Kingsford area for 32 years. While in high school she worked at Aristocate West For Disabled Children and continued on as a CNA for over 35 years. She had worked at both Freeman's and ManorCare Nursing & Rehab. in Kingsford. Anne was a member of St. Mary's Queen of Peace Catholic Church. She had a great passion for people and a love for life itself. Anne was a devoted wife and mom. She enjoyed camping, fishing, and listening to music. Survivors include her loving husband of 38 years, Richard; daughters, Cathleen (Josh Mills) Dallapiazza, Aurora, Wis., and Ruth (Abe) Yoder, Kingsford, Mich.; grandchildren, Joshua, Fitzgerald and Jonathan; siblings, JoAnne (Joni) Somerville, Jerry (Elaine) Somerville, Sr. Karen Somerville, Donna Somerville, Patty (Jim) Allegier, Bro. Jack Somerville, Raymond (Mary) Somerville, Tim Somerville, Marian (Tom) Thiel, and Peggy (Rutilo) Lopez; sister-in-law, Renee (Mark) Wendzicki; nephews, Mark (Cindy) Wendzicki and Shawn (Stephanie) Wendzicki; mother-in-law, Audrey Dallapiazza; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by siblings, Martin (Diane) Somerville and Ruth Fiala; a granddaughter, Rayanne Mills; and by her father-in-law, Richard G. Dallapiazza. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Fr. Michael Woempner will officiate.
