Iron Mountain:
Angelo Minutello, age 91, of Iron Mountain, died Monday, December 06, 2004,
at Pinecrest Medical Care Facility in Powers Michigan.
He was born November 26, 1913, in Iron Mountain, the son of the late Michael and Carmella (Stefanelli) Minutello. He served in the U.S. Air Force from July 1941 to November 1945. He married Jennie Badini. He was employed by Ford Motor Company for two years then by The Daily News, retiring in 1975 after 28 years as a Linotype Operator. Angelo was a member of the American Federation of Musicians for many years and also St. Mary and St. Joseph's parish. His favorite hobbies were wood working, gardening and playing his accordion. He was a great outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, picking wild blueberries and making fire wood.
Angelo is survived by his daughter Donna (Lloyd) Mannigel of Spread Eagle, Wisconsin,
two grandchildren Steven Mannigel of Spread Eagle, WI and Susan (Kim) Brown of San Diego, CA; two great grand daughters Jessica Lynn and Katie Sue Brown of San Diego, CA, a brother-in-law Mario (Mary) Badini, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Jennie in 1986, his parents and infant twin sisters.
