Angelica Marie Tchokreff, age 17, of Iron Mountain, died Friday, April 28, 2006, in Iron Mountain. She was born June 6, 1988, in Iron Mountain daughter of Dale and Susan (Newhouse) Tchokreff. Angelica was a Senior at Iron Mountain High School and was to graduate with her class this year. She had been a Freshman J.V. Cheerleader, worked at the Great Northern Buffet, enjoyed traveling to Colorado and had just returned from a trip to the Bahamas. She was a Junior member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post No. 50. Angel loved her life and enjoyed her family and friends, especially her best friend Kristy. Survivors include her father, Dale Tchokreff; mother, Susan (Don Wender) Tchokreff; brother, Dion A. Tchokreff; paternal grandparents, Boris and Angeline Tchokreff, all of Iron Mountain; maternal grandparents, William and Linda Newhouse, St. Claire; maternal great grandparents, Charles and Midge Curry, Ft. Meyers, Fla.; aunts and uncles, William, Jr. (Linda) Newhouse, C. Robin Crowley, Catherine (Michael) Padgett, Robin (Kelly Post) Tchokreff, Vina Lewis, Dana (Karis) Tchokreff, Todd (Pattsi) Tchokreff; many cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 2, 2006 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain. Funeral services will be Tuesday, 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Fr. Daniel Zaloga will officiate. There will be a gathering time for fellowship and remembering at the Iron Mountain Elk's Club following the service.
