Molly Ganga, age 93, of Iron Mountain, passed away Thursday, October 19,2006, at ManorCare Health Services in Kingsford, Michigan. She was born December 7, 1912, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late Antonio and Crociffisa (Mosca) Zaccardi. Molly married William (Bill) Ganga in October of 1931, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He preceded her in death in 1993. Molly was baptized, confirmed and married at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was a member of the North Side Italian Women's Club, enjoyed friends and flowers, but most of her treasured time was spent with her family. She was a kind and loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed. Survivors include her son John (Lois) Ganga, Columbus, Wis.; her sister, Carm (Joe) Ivacko, Kingsford; two grandchildren, John W. (Brenda) Ganga, Elkhart Lake, Wis.; Katie (Jason) Geiger, Columbus, Wis.; three great-grandchildren, Kyle, Kathlyn and Jacob; a brother-in-law, Rudy Ganga; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband William, she was preceded in death by a brother John Zaccardi, and two sisters, Armenia Mariucci and Nelda Menghini. Visitation will be Saturday, October 21, 2006, 9 – 10 a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. Funeral services will be at Saturday, 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Monsignor James Kaczmarek will officiate. Burial will be in Cemetery Park in Iron Mountain.
