Alec Malkin, of Crystal Falls, Mich., passed away November 8, 2010, at the age of 94. Dear son of the late Morris and the late Fanny Malkin. Beloved husband of the late Bernice (nee Rappaport). Cherished father of Steven (Sandra) and Stuart (former wife Michelle) Malkin. Fond grandfather of Morrisa (Marc Sprintz) Malkin, James Kwapien, Rachel Kwapien, Benjamin Malkin, Jeff (Alyson) Schmidt, Dale (Traci) Schmidt and Annette Isaac. Also survived by 4 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Eva (the late Joe) Schneiderman, Diana (George) Siegel-Lipschultz, the late Ralph (the late LaVone) Malkin and the late Abraham "Jimmy" (Sally) Malkin. Further survived by loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family is very grateful for the support given to Alec by the community of Crystal Falls and the very special friends who visited him and provided loving care. The funeral service will be held at Temple Menorah, 9363 N. 76th St., Milwaukee, Wis., at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10. Interment will follow at Temple Menorah Ever-Rest Cemetery, 9548 W.
