Kingsford – Albert J. "Bert" Juneau, Sr., 75, of Munising, Mich., formerly of Kingsford, Mich., passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Medilodge of Munising, Munising, Mich.

Bert was born on January 23, 1949, in Kingsford, Mich., to the late William G. and Irene H. (Matza) Juneau.

He is survived by his son, Michael Juneau; daughter, Katherine Juneau; step-daughter, Ashley (Matthew) Whitfield; brothers, John Juneau and Bill Juneau; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda "Linda Lou" Juneau; son, Albert "Bert" Juneau, Jr.; brother, Joseph Juneau; and sister, Karen "Squeaky" Juneau.

A Gathering of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., at Jacobs Funeral Home, Iron Mountain, Mich. Please come prepared to share memories of Bert during the hour.
