Obituary for Wallace J. Bellmore

Wallace Bellmore, 90, of Park Falls, Wis., died on Sunday, February 27, 2022.

He was born in Iron Mountain, Mich., on March 12, 1931, son of the late John and Josephine (Pirlot) Bellmore.

Wallace was employed for 39 years with the Snap-On Tools Corp. in Kenosha, Wis., as a machinist and a proud member of the International Association of Machinists (IAM).

He was a diehard Green Bay Packers fan and an avid deer hunter, fisherman and enjoyed the Wisconsin Badgers, Michigan Wolverines, Milwaukee Brewers, and the Milwaukee Bucks. Wallace loved old-time country music and had an affinity for Cajun music as well.

He was enlisted in the Army, a proud veteran, and served during the Korean War from 1951 to 1953.
Wallace was a man who talked the talk and walked the walk. He was a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Wallace was always willing to speak for those who had little or no voice. He was a true trade unionist and believed the working man deserved to be respected and heard.
