Obituary for Sharon A. LaBlanc (Morosini)
Iron Mountain- Sharon A. LaBlanc, 82, of Iron Mountain, Mich., passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at Marshfield Health Services, Iron Mountain, Mich.
She was born July 4, 1939, in Norway, Mich., daughter of the late Henry and Elsie (Camerier) Morosini. Sharon grew up in Norway and was a graduate of Norway High School, class of 1957. Sharon went to work after her five children were old enough and had worked for JC Pennys, Norway Gavure, Hancock Woods, and The Drug Store. In 1980 she married Joseph LaBlanc. They had a wonderful life together and for six years spent their winters in Alabama near the Gulf Shores.
Sharon enjoyed going to B’s Café with her husband on Mondays to see all her friends. She loved to make people laugh and will be missed by her family and many friends.
Survivors include her loving husband, Joseph LaBlanc, Iron Mountain, Mich.; five children, Tom (Kelly) LaFave, Cheryl (John) Tramontin, Scott LaFave, Michelle Drew and Norman (Christine) LaFave; stepchildren, Paul LaBlanc, David LaBlanc, and Thomas LaBlanc; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by sisters Betty Ahlard and Joyce Vanderlin.
In accordance with Sharon’s wishes, private family services will be held.
