I'm so sorry to hear about Scott. Me and him used to be friends when we were younger. I used to go to his house all the time and we would do stuff together. We both were confirmed together too at the first congregational church of Dundee back in 1967 or 1968? But after high school I never saw him again until one day I ran into him somewhere, can't remember where it was. It was a few years before our 40th class reunion. I really believe it was a divine appointment from God because I was able to share my christian faith with Scott and pray with him. We went out for dinner and did this several times then I would minister to him on the telephone for a year or so but then somehow we lost contact. Scott was a great guy and I will miss him. I thank the lord for us getting together and being able to pray. My deepest condolences to Mrs. McWilliams. I know she has gone thru so much. God bless you and your family and may Scott rest in the arms of the lord.

I am so sorry to hear that Scott has passed away and will certainly miss him. We have spent countless hours talking about God, faith, family and life in general over the last 17 years that I’ve known him. He was a unique man and very aware and smart about the ways of the world. He loved his daughter Kelly Jo and was so proud of her. He talked about her every time we talked. He had a special place in his heart for his grandson Parker. I’ve never seen him happier than when Parker was born.
Our friend Mary meant so much to him. He had a love and respect for who she is and the way she lives out her faith. Scott was a prayer warrior and provided prayer covering for many people. He was awesome! He is now in the presence of the King of Kings! Rest in Glorious Peace. I am so glad I was able to know you Scott. As we have said to each other ever time we have parted, for one last time I will say, I love you brother! Ed Farrington
