Obituary for Ruth L Seely (Loge)
Iron Mountain – Ruth L. Seely of New Port Richey, Fla., passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019, at Dickinson County Healthcare System, Iron Mountain, Mich.
She was born on August 27, 1928, to the late Fred and Florence (Hasley) Loge’ and grew up in Niagara Falls, NY, and lived in Lewiston, NY, before moving to Florida. She truly enjoyed traveling and was able to spend a lot of time in Mexico and Niagara, Wisc. where she liked reconnecting with nature, the smell of wood smoke in the air, Canadian geese, the slower pace of life and the color of leaves in Autumn. Ruth liked playing Mexican Train, practicing Tia Chi, doing water aerobics, and was a super competitive ping-pong player.
She is survived by two sons Chuck (Vicki) Seely, Phoenix, Ariz., Jim Seely, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.; one daughter Carol (Bob) Harrigan, Lutz, Fla.; one brother Howard Loge’, Grand Junction, Colo.; four grandchildren Caroline (Chris), Kristine, Jennifer, Bobby and special friend Gary Johnson, Niagara, Wisc.
In accordance with Ruth’s wishes private family services were held.
