Obituary for Jamie L. Johns
Norway- Jamie L. Johns, 42, of Norway, Mich., passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at his home.
He was born April 30, 1980, in Green Bay, Wis., and graduated from North High School in Oshkosh, Wis.
Jamie was an outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, and just cruising around on the boat, having a good time. He loved his beautiful fur children, Juno and Summit. Jamie was at times a fierce ginger but a darn good brother who always had our backs. He will be remembered always for his countless shenanigans, his ability to make people laugh, and how he could light up a room. Jamie had a tremendous heart and was always looking out for others, whether he knew them or not.
Survivors include his siblings, Ryan, Heather (Brian Steeps), Christopher, Tiffany (Angie) Thiele, and nieces and nephews, Christian and Mikayla Thiele and Bentley and Emma Thiele-Steeps.
Jamie was preceded in death by his parents, Douglas and Debra Thiele; and by a cousin, Stephen Vondracek.
A celebration of Jamie’s life will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022, from 12:00 noon until 4:20 p.m. at the Northside Bar & Grill in Oshkosh, Wis.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Mister Mom’s and the rest in Norway, Mich., who truly made this place Jamie’s home.
