The final respect shown to my Dad was so important to me; the last step in saying good-bye. Dignity and respect continued to come to my mind throughout my Dad's illness...working on making sure I would not forget one detail.

Little did I know that you were working for me behind the scenes taking the time and care to honor my Dad in the manner I would not only want, but would expect.

I would like to thank you on behalf of my family for the superb job you did with our Mother's funeral. I appreciate your professionalism, and genuine concern while working with me these past 6 months. You made a very difficult process so much easier with your help pre-planning for this inevitable day. I'm so thankful that you worked with me before the time of our mother's death. We had little to do other then decide what time and day the funeral would be. I can't imagine how difficult it would have been if we had not pre-planned.
