Obituary for Angela M Krolikowski

Angela M. Krolikowski, 36, of Florence, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015, at Dickinson County Healthcare System, Iron Mountain, Mich. as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born November 29, 1978, in Milwaukee, Wis. daughter of Janice (Dunkel) Jonet and Jeffrey Krolikowski.

Angela grew up and attended school in Green Bay, Wis. As an adult, she moved to Algoma, Wis. and in 2008, she and her son, Skyler, moved to Florence. She was a devoted caregiver to her grandmother, Lorraine, and also worked for the United States Postal Service as a Mail Carrier.

She was an active member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Florence. Angela had many interests; she loved to sing, dance, and ski and enjoyed playing darts with her friends on the league.

Angela’s family and friends were very important to her, but her son, Skyler, was her pride and joy. Her fiancé, Andy, brought her love and happiness and she was excited about building their future together. She loved life and lived every minute of it.

She is survived by her mother, Janice (Tom) Jonet, Florence; one son, Skyler Krolikowski, Florence; her fiancé, Andrew Mitchem, Florence; her grandmother, Lorraine Dunkel, Florence; one brother, Joshua (Tiffany VanCampenhout) Jaeger, Green Bay, Wis.; two step-sisters, Lydia Jaeger, Green Bay, Wis. and Wendy (Mike Choate) Jonet, San Diego, Calif.; two step-brothers, Ben Jonet, Tilleda, Wis. and Bob Jonet, Green Bay, Wis.; one aunt, Diane (John) Zenz, Green Bay; one uncle, James (Marilyn) Dunkel; Florence; several great aunts and uncles and numerous cousins.

Angela was preceded in death by her grandfather, Gus Dunkel.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 15, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Florence. The Funeral Service will follow Saturday, 11:00 a.m. at the church. Pastor Robin Zeratsky will officiate.

A memorial will be established in her memory.
